Anatomical Sex

The natural sexual category of a person based on the shape and arrangement of their sexual organs. A person may be anatomically male, female, or intersex, which is totally, totally fine, okay. It just means that some people are born with genitals that are a little from column A and a little from column B. It’s nothing to get freaked out about, cool? And don’t call them “hermaphrodites.” They hate that.

When a person’s anatomical sex is not outwardly apparent to other people, such a person may be described as “androgynous,” a term derived from the Greek words for “man” and “woman” respectively. In our culture, androgyny is alternately regarded as sexy, amusing, or offensive. Rockstars such David Bowie, Annie Lennox, and Marilyn Manson have, at times, cultivated androgyny as a means of enhancing their sexual public image. At the same time, comedians have long capitalized on the social discomfort androgyny can cause, with Julia Sweeney’s character Pat being one famous example. In everyday life, however, many androgynous people are victims of harassment and discrimination, and this is definitely not okay, okay?

A person’s anatomical sex may or may not conform to a person’s gender identity, which is the gender someone feels like in his or her mind. When a person’s gender identity is at odds with his or her anatomical sex, a diagnosis of “gender dysphoria” or “gender identity disorder” may be made. Such people are commonly called transsexuals, which is a totally different thing than someone being intersex, and may or may not have anything to do with why we get so many searches for “Bangkok ladyboys” and “chicks with dicks” on our porn site. But hey, no judgment here. We love everybody.

1. My anatomical sex is male, but my gender identity is extremely horny male.

2. I’m a queer, androgynous, poly transsexual. A person’s anatomical sex doesn’t matter to me as long as they give good head.
