In a recent study, exploring the dating and sexual behavior of 1400 women in their 20′s, 30′s and 40′s, 17% of the 20 somethings said that would have sex on a first date if the chemistry was there, whereas 28% of the 30 somethings and 29% of the 40 somethings said they would as well.

The first thing I thought when I read this was “really?” I thought younger girls would definitely be the ones who are more sexually aggressive.

But, the fact is that young women are more conservative than we have ever imagined. Girls in their 20′s are still close with family and friends to consider their opinions important. The dating site OkCupid found that “my girlfriends” is the most common phrase used by straight women in their profiles and “close with my mother” is in the top 20. Therefore, if friends or mom wont approve of them jumping into bed, then they wont do it!

Also, they say that younger women haven’t had as much sex so they’re not as sure about how to get what they want out of it and what they’re less secure about their bodies.

Another study shows that women in the middle age group of 27-45 thought about and had more sex and are “more willing to engage in sex after knowing a partner for either one month, one week, or even one evening.”

It is said that older women are clearer about what they want and what they don’t. “Older women may also be looking for good sex since they may have has enough of the other kind.”

Ultimately younger women will go out just for the sake of going out, while older women have less time and are more picky about how they spend it. A lot of experts say that this is how the term “cougar” panned out. And for the supposedly common knowledge that men are primarily driven to seek younger, more fertile women, it could be still common, but it’s more or less now preference.

So guys, what you are getting out of this is that older women are the way to go! They want more fucking, they’re willing to give up sex easier, and they are interested in younger men who can keep up with their sex drive. If you don’t want to spend all your time watching free porn and jacking off to it, you need to get yourself an older woman.

If you live in a small town, then it is probably inevitable that you’re going to bump into your ex at one point or another. Hell, if you live in a big city you’re probably going to bump into an ex at some point, because you know what they say, it’s a small world after all.

2. Let enough time pass: Exactly when you take another run at her depends on how things went down in the end. If it was a mutual and mature breakup, then you should be good to go in a couple of months. But if shit when down and the emotional scarring is still pretty raw, you are going to have to wait a bit.

3. Be clear about your intentions: When you tell her that you are only interested in a purely sexual relationship, she may agree, but then secretly start to work to manipulate that chance. Come to an understanding, but make sure she know the arrangement.

4. Don’t talk about relationship stuff: She will spend a lot of this new time dissecting your every word. Even casually chatting about old times can give her hope so try to avoid it all together.

5. No cuddling: When the sex is over, she might want you to spend some time cuddling and may even try and convince you to stay the night. Whatever you do, get out of there as quickly as possible. She’ll get the hint that it is just meaningless sex.

If you can follow all of these guidelines outlined above then you should have no problem dabbling into ex girlfriend territory.
