Steven Hirsch’s Measure B “Thank-You” Video
As we have all heard the controversial Measure B was passed on November 6, 2012, which mandates adult performers to wear protection during filming. Many in the adult community have voiced their displeasure with it and how it would destroy the porn industry in Los Angeles. In fact, some industry professionals are saying that other cities including Las Vegas and San Francisco might benefit from Measure B.
However, one of the most outspoken critics of Measure has been Vivid founder and CEO Steven Hirsch. Recently, with the passing of the Bill, Hirsch created a short and sweet thank-you for those who voted for Measure B. It’s a fun tongue-in-video, but its message is loud and clear: The future of the porn industry in Los Angeles is up in the air as well as the fact that the Bill makes the ‘fantasy’ (the whole point of porn) nullified.
Another strong critic of Measure B, Steven St. Croix makes an amusing cameo during the video.
