A Cop up in the Great North (known as Canada) is being investigated after allegedly threatening a man with sex toys.

Jagdis Tirbany claims that a police officer in Ontario, Canada threatened to sodomize him when he was called in for finger printing at a Police Station.

The incident happened last year—March 12, 2012—and it was all caught on tape. Tirbany noted that constant intimidation by the police pushed him to bring a camera pen.

What Tirbany filmed was quite strange. Three police officers including Const. Ludgero Café where engaged in a conversation with Tirbany. In a few moments Café appeared on the edge of the screen with what appears to be two pink sex toys and quipped, “Which one do you want?” He then continued, “If you ever end up going to jail…in a nice dark place…That’s exactly what Bubba’s gonna do to you…”

Despite the evidence, the Attorney General’s office has withdrawn the charge against Café.

Tirbany claims that the harassment has ruined his towing business and has lost at least $100,000. “Some days I feel like I can’t wake up… I had a good life before this.”
