Former Vivid girl Briana Banks was busted on DUI charges last week as reported by TMZ.

Banks, one of the most popular porn stars in recently memory, was arrested when the police were contacted by witnesses after being involved in a minor car crash. She was stopped and arrested around a MacDonald’s Drive-thru.

They issued a sobriety test and found her under the influence of both drugs and alcohol. She was arrested and taken to a nearby police station where she was then released.

Banks has had a successful career in porn filming more than 275 adult films and is currently part of the Club Jenna Internet Empire.
