Octomom Nominated For Four AVN Awards
Nadya Denise Doud-Suleman, the mother of 14 children and infamously known as Octomom, has been nominated for four Adult Video News (AVN) Awards after her debut adult release earlier this year titled “Octomom Home Alone“.
The Solo performance film which was produced by Wicked Pictures and released on June 20, 2012 has been nominated for Best Celebrity Sex Tape, Best Solo Release, Best DVD Extras, and Best Marketing Campaign and the “Octomom” intends to come home a winner, telling TMZ, “I don’t consider myself a celebrity, but I have never heard of the other people nominated. So I’m pretty sure I have a good chance of winning.” She insists the announcement on Sunday December 2, 2012 came as a “completely surprise”, but will still attend the ceremony being hosted “The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino” on January 19, 2013.
Suleman made international headlines in January of 2009 when she gave birth to Octuplets via in vitro fertilization (IVF) after already giving birth to sextuplets via the same method. Her public image was tarnished when it was exposed that she was jobless and on public assistance programs with no plans on how to afford raising the children. In order to gain the necessary finances, Suleman turned to the Adult Entertainment Industry.
The AVN Awards, dubbed “The Oscars Of Porn” is celebrating it’s 30th year. They are hosted every year in January and the awards consists of nearly 100 categories.
