Orgasm News Speaks to Cindy Starfall: Pt. 1
Although Cindy Starfall has only been in the porn business for barely half a year, the petite porn star is making quite a name for herself. Orgasm News caught up with her and spoke to her about her early success in porn as well as her thoughts on the industry.
Orgasm News: What attracted you to the adult industry? What were you doing before?
Cindy: I’ve always had a very sexual side all my life. However, all that sexual intensity has to be suppressed due to the traditional Asian family I grew up in. I was home schooled as well as going to all girls private school. I was pretty much kept away from all the boys.
Before entering the industry, I was enrolled in a well-known fashion school and worked as a full time fashion stylist. It was great but I couldn’t be myself since I loved making dirty jokes and talking about sex. It wouldn’t be appropriate at a conservative workplace.
So at night, I was web cam girl. Then an opportunity came from Hustler magazine to take my career to the next level. I love a challenge and I wanted to work at a place where I can be as sexual as possible. Porn wasn’t a difficult choice for me.
Orgasm News: You’re considered a ‘spinner.’ What’s that? Can you explain to us a little about your special talent?
Cindy: I’m considered a “spinner” because I have a very tiny frame: I’m 5’0 feet tall and weight 95 pounds.
As a spinner, I can be tossed around easily. Crazy positions aren’t too hard to do with me such as standing 69 or any position where a guy can spin me around!
Orgasm News: Did you find it hard transitioning from your home country of Vietnam to the United States? Was there anyone who helped you get settled in the US and in the porn industry?
Cindy: Yes it was definitely an obstacle to transition from Vietnam to US. They’re two very different countries: politically and lifestyle-wise. I first came to the US when I was 15 years old. I didn’t know any English. I was assigned to an American family who helped me practice my English in Oregon.
I wasn’t used to eating American foods nor did I know how to put on seat belt in a car! We didn’t have fast food like McDonald’s in Vietnam and we mostly rode motorcycles instead of cars. The first year was definitely a cultural shock for me. Luckily, I overcame it through determination. I didn’t want to be like those Asians who live here for years without knowing much English.
I attended a religious private school and that really helped me learn English. The first few years, I had both my adopted and biological families show me around. However, things didn’t work out with my biological family so I moved out to live on my own. Entering the porn industry was just something I wanted to do. I researched it and sought out contacts for myself.
Orgasm News: How did you get your porn star name?
Cindy: I’m sure you’re wondering why I don’t have an Asian name. I feel like that doesn’t fit my personality. If I’m another “Lee” or “Nguyen”, that wouldn’t make me stand out! I wanted my stage name to be something original, different and not just a typical Asian name.
As for the benefit to my career, it’s something that people would remember how to spell. Because it’s really it’s hard to pronounce/spell/remember a Vietnamese name!
Cindy was the first name of my favorite supermodel: Cindy Crawford. She is just simply beautiful and the type of woman that I wouldn’t mind licking pussy 24/7 for. Starfall is for “a star fallen from the heaven”. Starfall is always the brightest star, the most anticipated one, and the one who people make wishes to. So what’s your wish?
