Porn star Priya Rai is taking her acting skills to the small screen and will be starring in a horror film called ‘Isis Rising: Curse of the Lady Mummy’.

James Bartholet, who is both a radio personality and a performer in the adult industry, will also co-star and co-produce the flick along side Rai.

“This is a very exciting project to be working on and I am so thrilled and honored to be starring in it,” Rai noted. “It’s going to be a lot of fun filming this. I love horror movies, and I can’t wait to get started.”

The Film is about an Egyptian Goddess who is raised from the dead by college students who are trapped in a museum.

Tomcat Films proprietor Ted Chalmers explained: “The elements are all here in line with the Tomcat brand. We’ve got a sexy, supernatural antagonist, a thrilling storyline, visual effects and a star in the gorgeous, talented Priya Rai, whom I’ve envisioned for the role since I first conceived the project.”

Tomcat Films is known for casting porn stars such Veronica Ricci and Ron Jeremy.
