Heidi Kaeslin, a Stockton California teacher who was fired when it was revealed she was running several porn websites using school issued laptops, wants her job back

Kaeslin’s lawyer had argued that the Lincoln Unified School District strung together events “into a theme that simply didn’t happen” when she was fired last year.

However, the District school board thinks otherwise. They have stated that Kaeslin’s conduct was unprofessional and immoral. Also, thousands of pornographic and erotic pictures were found on a school-issued laptop that Kaeslin used and were embarrassed by the damage caused by her actions when the story appeared on the internet.

Marlene Sacks, who is the attorney representing the Board has argued: “If you were to Google her name today, you would find there are still over 10,000 live hits…[Kaeslin] [has] set an appalling example for a teacher…” Sacks continued by noting that Kaeslin is not fit to teach because she is “so fundamentally flawed.”

Kaeslin joins another ex-teacher, Stacie Halas, who are fighting for their teaching jobs. However, in the case of Halas, she was found starring in porn.
